Refund Policy

Purpose and scope

This Refund Policy governs refunds for purchases of Revanx subscriptions, add‑ons, and founding program fees made directly from AIBZPRO LLC (Revanx by AIBZPRO) via revanx.com or an Order Form, and does not apply to purchases made through third parties or resellers, which are subject to their terms.
This Policy complements the Terms & Conditions and does not diminish any statutory rights that may apply to business users under mandatory local law on a jurisdiction‑specific basis.

How refunds work at Revanx (summary)


  • New‑customer 30‑day activation guarantee on standard subscriptions (Solo Agent, Professional Team, Enterprise Agency).

  • Prepaid subscriptions are otherwise non‑refundable, with SLA credits as the sole remedy for covered downtime under the SLA, not cash refunds.

  • Founding one‑time fees are non‑refundable once a slot is confirmed, with narrow administrative exceptions described below.

  • Credits (REVA Credits), add‑on packs, and overages are non‑refundable and non‑transferable once delivered to the tenant, consistent with the plans and usage framework.

Definitions

“Activation” means the earlier of: (a) first successful login by any authorized user after purchase; (b) first API call or feature workflow completion; or (c) the 7th calendar day after Revanx issues access credentials if the Customer does not log in, whichever occurs first.
“New‑customer subscription” means a first‑time paid subscription for a Customer entity that has not previously held a paid plan for the same tenant, excluding Founding program one‑time fees which are addressed separately.
“Billing cycle” means the recurring period (monthly or annual) selected at checkout or on the Order Form.

  1. 30‑day activation guarantee (new‑customer standard subscriptions)
    Revanx offers a 30‑day activation guarantee for first‑time purchases of Solo Agent, Professional Team, or Enterprise Agency subscriptions: if a Customer is not satisfied for any reason, a full refund of the first billing cycle’s subscription fee will be granted upon request within 30 days of Activation, provided the account is in good standing and this Policy’s exclusions do not apply.
    This guarantee covers the subscription fee only and excludes one‑time founding fees, credit add‑ons, overages, third‑party pass‑through charges, and taxes already remitted to authorities where refunds are not legally permissible.
    Upon issuance of a guarantee refund, access to the paid plan will be downgraded or terminated, and any remaining REVA Credits from that billing cycle will be voided and cannot be reinstated or transferred.

  2. Monthly subscriptions (after the 30‑day window)
    After the 30‑day activation guarantee window, monthly subscription charges are non‑refundable and continue through the end of the then‑current billing cycle, with cancellation effective at the next cycle to prevent further charges.
    Customers can cancel at any time in the portal or by contacting support at connect@aibzpro.com, with service remaining available until the end of the paid period unless the account is suspended under the Terms.

  3. Annual subscriptions (prepaid)
    New annual subscriptions remain eligible for the 30‑day activation guarantee; after that window, annual fees are non‑refundable, and early termination does not entitle the Customer to a cash refund for unused months, subject to any SLA credits described below as the sole remedy for covered downtime.
    Annual plans may be set to non‑renew at the end of term at any time via the portal or by written request to support; access remains available through the paid term unless suspended under the Terms.

  4. Founding programs (one‑time fees)
    Founding Partner: Professional ($3,500; 30 slots) and Elite Founding Partner: Visionary ($7,500; 15 slots) one‑time investments secure limited, capacity‑constrained benefits and are non‑refundable once acceptance is confirmed and the slot is allocated, due to the scarcity and bundled free‑period value included in the offer.
    If Revanx declines an applicant after payment, or cannot provide platform access within 14 days of acceptance due solely to Revanx’s fault, Revanx will issue a full refund of the one‑time founding fee upon written request within 30 days of notice, which is the sole and exclusive remedy for such scenario.
    Founders’ subsequent plan fees are $0 during the 3‑month (Professional) or 6‑month (Enterprise) free period and therefore are not refundable; after free periods, ongoing subscription fees are treated under the standard subscription rules of this Policy, and founding benefits remain subject to the Terms.

  5. Credits, add‑ons, and overages
    REVA Credits included in plans or provided as founding stipends are non‑transferable and non‑refundable, and expire or reset per the plan cadence; additional credit packs and overage charges are non‑refundable once delivered to the tenant.
    Credit usage follows the metering described in the plans and any Order Documents; Customers should size plans and add‑ons to expected consumption, as unused credits do not roll over or convert to refunds.

  6. SLA credits (service‑level shortfalls)
    The SLA defines monthly uptime targets and exclusions; where a covered shortfall occurs, credits are issued against the affected month’s subscription fee per the SLA’s banded schedule and claim window, and these credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for SLA deviations and are not cash‑redeemable.
    SLA claims must be submitted within 30 days after the month ends via the portal or by email; late claims may be denied to ensure accurate verification and consistent treatment across customers.

  7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
    If a charge is disputed or charged back, the associated account may be suspended pending resolution; to avoid service interruption, contact support at connect@aibzpro.com before initiating a chargeback so Revanx can investigate and resolve the issue under this Policy.
    Where a chargeback is reversed or resolved in Customer’s favor under this Policy, reactivation will occur promptly; refunds are issued only as outlined in this Policy and not through duplicative channels.

  8. How to request a refund or cancel
    To request a refund under the 30‑day activation guarantee or to cancel a subscription, submit a ticket in the portal or email connect@aibzpro.com with tenant name, plan, purchase date, and reason for request; founders may also contact yahia@aibzpro.com or ain@aibzpro.com for coordination.
    Revanx will confirm receipt, assess eligibility under this Policy, and, if approved, process the refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to card scheme or bank timing outside Revanx’s control.

  9. Non‑refundable situations (examples)
    Refunds will not be granted for: credits, add‑ons, or overages already delivered; partial periods remaining after the guarantee window; access suspended for breach, fraud, or policy violations; or differences in expected versus actual business outcomes from use of AI outputs or automations.
    Refunds are also not provided for third‑party fees Revanx has already remitted, taxes where refund is not legally permitted, or purchases made through third parties that control their own refund terms.

  10. Previews, trials, and evaluations
    Trials, evaluations, and Previews are offered “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time; fees are not charged during a free trial unless Customer elects to convert to a paid plan, in which case the 30‑day activation guarantee applies from Activation.
    Preview features should not be used in production without independent validation and safeguards, and are excluded from SLA credits and refund calculations.

  11. Country‑specific rights (as applicable)
    This Policy is designed for B2B/professional use; where mandatory laws grant specific refund or withdrawal rights that cannot be waived, Revanx will honor those rights to the extent applicable to the Customer relationship.
    Nothing in this Policy limits statutory rights that apply despite contractual disclaimers, provided eligibility criteria under such laws are met by the Customer and transaction.

  12. Changes to this Policy
    Revanx may update this Policy to reflect changes to plans, billing, or legal requirements; material updates will be posted on revanx.com and, where appropriate, notified through the Service and will apply prospectively to new purchases or renewals after the effective date.
    Customers who do not agree with a material change may cancel before the next billing cycle under the Terms; any valid SLA credits accrued under the prior policy will still be honored per their claim window.
